Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the party named in the Imprint (“we”). Contact: hello@nnipacare.com.

2. What this website is

nnipacare.com describes nnipa, a product under development, and publishes a library of resources about Minnesota 245D services. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side.

3. The resources are general information

The resource library summarises public rules, rates and data and links each claim to its primary source. It is not legal, financial, tax or licensing advice, it can fall out of date between reviews, and it does not replace the source, your licensor, your case managers or a qualified professional. Every article shows when its evidence was last reviewed.

4. Statements about the product

nnipa is under active development. Descriptions of what it does reflect the product as it stands and our current intentions, and they may change. They are not warranties or assurances of any characteristic. nnipa is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its endpoints, submit the waitlist form in bulk or by automated means, or probe or load-test the infrastructure. Reading the site, including our robots.txt and llms.txt, is welcome, including by automated agents.

6. Intellectual property

The nnipa name, wordmark, text, images and page design are ours or used with permission. You may read, link to, quote and share the site normally. You may not reproduce it wholesale or use our name in a way that suggests endorsement.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only where a material obligation is breached, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of use. Any further liability is excluded.

8. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
